Compensation Range: $37.50 - 50.00 per hour
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Creative Account Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this role you will act as the liaison, the keeper of the gate, and primary point of contact, between the creative teams and the line businesses they support. You will be responsible for business oversight, providing ongoing support, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate is familiar with business metrics that drive growth and engagement by channel. A solid understanding of these goals provides for ongoing collaboration and solid strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Creative Team's primary communications liaison with internal business partners of assigned business lines.
- Respond to BP/creative needs and ensure open communication flows.
- Establish and execute to creative project plan and ensure teams have info needed to produce effective, on time, on strategy, on brand and customer focused creative, ultimately providing the business results desired.
- Analyze reports and provide recommendations to Agency Management based on information; ensure process tools are utilized, meetings scheduled, reports issued, production calendars maintained.
- Acquire, grow, and retain existing business lines.
- Suggest strategic options that drive sales, increase engagement, generate future income, and/or save the company money.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Portfolio required that displays integrated, multichannel campaigns
- Minimum of 2 Years Experience in account management/agency experience.
- Workfront experience preferred.
- Financial services or banking industry experience preferred.
- Agile marketing experience preferred.
