Compensation Range: $32 - 38 per hour
Our client is looking for a skilled Communications Analyst to join their dynamic team and contribute to their success. As a Communications Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and executing their communication strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing internal and external communication efforts, ensuring consistent messaging, and supporting the achievement of organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for driving engagement and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with updates to the organization's website using WordPress.
- Add or update posts, resources, and events on the website.
- Add or update profiles on the staff and Board pages.
- Develop creative concepts for promoting company's work and initiatives.
- Develop promotional plans that may include communications objectives, timelines, email/newsletter/social media language, and website posts
- Design graphic pieces, such as social media posts, posters, flyers, invitations, banners, email headers, and others using Canva.
- Assist the Communications Analyst with editing Member Briefs, bi-weekly electronic newsletter.
- Create and schedule content for social media, written and visual, in collaboration with Communications Analyst.
- Copy-edit publications produced by company (e.g. marketing materials).
- Suggest strategic options that drive sales, increase engagement, generate future income, and/or save the company money.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Skills:
- Content Marketing (3 years of experience is required)
